Deathcore/ Nu Metal band Monsters has decided to end the band. Not much was said in their statement, so I won't even bother. Apparently it is on good terms, and they all just decided to part ways. There will also be a farewell show. I am a little confused, because they just released an album a few months ago, as well as signed themselves to Emmure frontman, Frankie Palmeri's label. New album was kinda bad anyway. But I will still spin
The Righteous Dead once in a while.
That's a shame, but bands never really die, they just move on.

ReplyDeleteYour video of the week is brutal man, I love it! Can you make a post about what constitutes deathcore / death metal / metalcore, etc? There's always a ton of arguments about whether a band is this or that, and some of the genre names have gotten ridiculous!
